Just saw him today on Outlaw Josey Wales. He had a short part, was'nt quite sure it was him, but after a few lines, oh yeah, it's Uncle Leo. I have a hard time taking him and Kramer serious in a serious movie.

My boyfriend and I have been watching the Rockford Files (season 1) and in the episode we saw tonight (Say Goodbye to Jennifer), there was a thug, and I said "that looks like an evil Uncle Leo!" to which my bf replied "I think that IS evil Uncle Leo!" Of course as soon as it was over I had to pop over here and check it out and we were right. 😉
      Who is this? Uncle Leo?

Was that really him?!?!?!?!? I thought it might be, but was never able to confirm it.
he had such a goofy looking mouth in that scene with the beard, right before the kid blows him away.

Turms out I had seen him in a lot of things over the last 40 years and never remembered him. After seeing him on Seinfeld and "Raymond" I notice him all every time. last year I watched Josey Wales for the first time in a long time and actually said out loud "Hey, thats uncle Leo!".
He's taking the knife out of the Cheese!
Do you think he wants some cheese?

Eastwood has a way of giving small but juicy parts to his bit character actors. Lesser's role was like a mini best supporting actor performance. He nailed that character right down to his "ha-ah-ars on that hand" delivery.
Sorry to see you go, Mr. Lesser.

Check him out on Kelly's heroes! He played that role like a ticked off Uncle Leo. He's the best to me.
