He's being sued for basically pushing his family to sell their barbeque restaurant, and they claim he's caused financial ruin and emotional abuse, which is a pretty sad story, no matter which way you slice it. If they're exaggerating, it's a shame the family is having problems, and if the lawsuit is true, I'm sad that they've been bullied like this
But - and I know I may sound callous and heartless for saying this - if anyone was going to be
emotionally abusive
to their family, or even you, shouldn't it be

If you own it then you can sell it. Emotional abuse is bs that women use to demonize you when you don't physical hit them.
