I think Louise is beautiful with blonde hair, but she was beyond beautiful with her dark hair. I loved her look as Evangeline Eliott, so sweet and innocent. I hope in her new series, the producers let her go back to her natural look.

I just saw a commercial for NCIS and there was a dark haired Louise Lombard. I was sure of it! Even with an english accent. My husband swore no, I said I will go on imdb and I will prove it to you, but I guess I was wrong? Her name isn't in the credits. Does she have a twin sister?

No, I don't think she has a twin, but Cote de Pablo, a very talented NCIS actress, looks a lot like her. Look up Cote on imdb and you'll see that they have similar facial features. And Cote's NCIS character, Ziva David, does have a slight Middle Eastern accent.

i look at her picture at imdb and she really does not look the same as when she played evie in the house of eliott. yes she's older but just doesn't look a bit alike. i like her a lot with her dark hair.
i agree with the person who posted taht she looks washed out and older. -

Yes I agree that she was better as a brunette. Here's a promo shot from Chancer (1991) when she would have been just 20 or 21 years old:

She's also on the right of the frame in this promo shot for The House of Eliott (BBCTV) taken during approximately the same time period (1991-94) - worth looking at despite that inconveniently-placed watermark:
