I met Bill Lucking several years ago when he visited Maine. Although he plays many a tough guy on screen, in real life Bill is one of the nicest people you will ever want to meet. As tall and imposing as he is on screen, he has none of the stand-offishness that seems to eminate from those who have worked in the industry for a long time. Great person, great actor.

Yes, this is very nice to hear that William is very nice and not self-centered nor condescending even though he's a star and plays tough guy roles very often.
That must have been a wonderful experience for you to meet William when he came to your state. Not many stars do that, so it's nice to hear that he is a great person in addition to being a great actor.

I always figured Bill Lucking for a nice guy.
He has always been one of my favorite character actors - always popping up on shows I like a lot like the short-lived Tales of the Gold Monkey and also his role as a Bajoran on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
Good to hear that he is a great guy in person. -

I'm glad to hear he's a nice guy. He comes off as a bit of a grumpy old man when I've seen him doing commentaries or group interviews for Sons of Anarchy. Never smiles and hardly talks. But as long as he's a nice guy, that's what counts.
End of line.
