He is one of my favorites.
I love him in Police Academy.

Oh yes, Bruce is one great actor wherever he may appear!
His television work has proven priceless even if you never saw any of his films nor his TV series performances.
According to his IMDb Biography page, it would seem that Bruce has unfortunately retired from acting, then fortunately returned to his prodcution company, then unfortunately left that for Florida, then fortunately rebuilt one in NYC, then unfortunately left that for Texas to raise things, then fortunately returned to Hollywood to act again, but unda0fortunately to appear only in voiceovers, but fortunately to have his IMDb page for everyone to try to find out whatever happened to Bruce Mahler.
Now that we know, or sort of, we are safely able to say that he is one great actor and comedian even if it's hard to identify him on voiceovers, but we can be sure that they're a lot easier on the ears than most voiceovers because it only stands to reason that Bruce is just that great to know how to entertain everybody properly!

He's hysterical as the Rabbi in Seinfeld.
