Why so angry? You must care even more than I thought.

Debbie was considered annoying to the other women on the show, and they thought she was an embarrassment for the show because they thought that Debbie was a simpleton.
I am older but not dead yet.

She had an article in Cosmo last year explaining what happened. Basically, when some of her friends were visiting from New York, they all went out to a club and things got a little out of hand. Photographers just happened to be there to capture every moment of it and I guess that was why she was terminated.

She was fired because she was too outspoken and would constantly interrupt her co-hosts by telling stories about her personal life that didn't fit into the show.

You know, that doesn't sound right. If Barbara really liked her, Barbara would have done what she did with Star and given Debbie time to find another job. I think she really got fired because Barbara couldn't stand her and Debbie being at the bar gave Barbara ample opportunity to do what she had been wanting to do all along.

Debbie is a far younger woman then most of the View ladies. Back then, she was like a kid and about 23 or 24 years old. Ofcourse there were going to be clashes with the older women.

there was an episode where the audience was filled with moms and their kids. during the Hot Topic time, debbie told a story she read about in which a woman was arrested for having child pron. she had taken some pics to be developed, and on the film was pictures of her and someone in a little baseball uniform getting it on. turns out it was a vertically challenged person, and so the charges were dropped. debbie picked THAT day, when all the kids were in the audience, to tell that story.
also, during some discussion about sex, she said repeated something star had told her off-set, which kinda pissed star off.
it was rather funny when, after she was canned, jay mohr was on the show. he said to the ladies (not verbatim), "it was kinda crappy how you all ganged up and fired the blonde girl"
that's what i know about it, which isn't much, ha ha!
if it takes beep to make bliss then i feel
                    pretty blissfully

I remember her on THE VIEW and she had a huge Cindy Crawford type mole above her lip. Now I see pictures of her and it's gone. Wonder why she got it removed.

Well, why do you think she got it removed? And why doesn't Cindy get hers removed. SEriously it is gross to have to look at that and so close to her mouth.
SJParker finally had her chin mole removed when the big screens showed it and people were discussing it. One thing an actress does not want, disb68cussing beauty flaws instead of their acting!
It is so easy to have a mole removed! Ewan McGregor had a mole in the smack dab middle of his forehead. he finally had that removed. He still has it in that Tom Hanks movie about the Vatican tho.

I agree with you, but I was trying to be polite 🙂 Another actress who needs to have hers removed from the middle of her forehead is Marion Cottilard. My first worry is the risk of skin cancer.

I remember seeing a clip of Debbie's last show, and Barbara was saying "We have exciting newsour own Debbie is going to be pursuing an exciting new opportunity as a (forget, probably BS anyway), which means unfortunately she is going to be leaving us.(cue 'Awwwwwww' from the female audience), all the while Debbie is sitting there with a pained smile on her face. She was on Howard Stern a couple of years later saying she was hired by Barbara specifically because they wanted opinions from someone her age. I think she said she was never told to change or shape up or anything, but the problems began when SNL, Howard, and the late night hosts started poking fun at her, which made Barbara worried that the whole show would become a joke. Claims she was in such a state of shock and was so intimidated by Walters (whom she aspired to be), that she just went along with the whole 'Debbie is leaving' angle so as not to rock the boat.
