Its been my experience that if want to a new friend you just have to encounter them. However celebrities are not easy to encounter and make friends with without looking like a stalker weather you are or not.
If you want to work with her it is probably best to go thru her agency.

Danielle and Seth Green worked on a television show together. He did know her. I don't know if he still does.

omigosh i remember her now, she was in that episode of "family matters" where she was gonna give it up to eddie, but steve urkel talked her out of it. abc family channels reruns rule.
