LOL - a lot of really ridiculous suggestions here, I have to say, but then again you can find tons of these on any given actor or actress' IMDb page.
The only one she actually looks like is (a slightly younger) Barbara Hershey obviously.
I also agree that there are sometimes vague resemblences between her and Mariah Carey and Lena Olin, but most of the numerous other suggestions here seem to be drawn randomly out of a hat.

While I'm seeing the vague similarities mentioned here(well most of them anyway), if you don't see that she is a dead ringer for Jessica Harper, you must be blind!!:

The next closest I guess would be Barbara Hershey/Lena Olenalthough I've always thought those 2 look alike anyway. More like each other than O'Connor.
