I saw the end of a movie starring Ed O'Neill. He was dressed as a hobo, and he took his hat off because a woman was taking a photo of him. None of the titles in his filmography ring a bell.
Does anyone know which movie this is?

he was dressed as a bum in the movie Dutch during some scenes idk if that's it tho
