I sure got fooled into thinking he was. I was so sure that was him playing a cop towards the end of the film. That actor looked so much like him. Leonard Maltin even made that mistake in his Movie Guide books when he took note of O'Neill being in the movie.
The more I study it, the greater the puzzle becomes.
