Sister to Lynne Hamilton?

Years ago, I heard or read that Lawanda and Sanford and Son co-star Lynne Hamilton were sisters. Is this a fact? I can't find any evidence of it anywhere now.

I heard and read it to when Lawanda Page died in 2002.They had it in her obituary that she was survived by a daughter and sister Lyn Hamilton.They do favor each other and I know they don't have it listed on IMDB. That one is a mystery to me and I will find out if its true or not.
