Sterling Hayden, an actor of the 1950s, had some facial similarities to Rupert Penry-Jones.

He reminds me of Gilbert Gottfried, both appearance and voice, once billed as "the most annoying man in Hollywood."

I just realised that he looks like Daniel Craig when watching "Persuasion", a much younger version though:)

I thought he was Rhys Ifans when he was younger. I was looking on this board to find out if he was.

What about young John Lober as in "Sabotage"? Like John L. RPJ's persona perhaps is a bit too cut & dried for American tastes, but i like them both:)

Funny, but in "Persuasion", he reminds me of David Chokachi. A bit less buff, perhaps, but just asdelicious.
"Will you be okay on the futon?"
"Oh, the futon. Isn't that Japanese for 'insomnia'?"

With the voice he does in The Strain it's got to be Bill Nighy
