This seems kind of silly and dated to bring up but does anyone remember the video for "Oh Sherrie"? In it Steve has a cute blond that he's trying to cajole into staying with him. Rumor had it that it was indeed THE real-life Sherrie that starred in his video. I tend to think it was too as I have seen pictures of her and Steve. Just a fluff of a question but curious to know if anyone else knew about this?

Oh wow, thank you! I always suspected it but feelb68 smug now that I have it confirmed. I heard that they broke up not long after that video and time. She did look kind of embarassed, he must have had to really talk her into appearing in his video!

Yeah cause she was so busy with other work lined up. Never seen her before and haven't seen her since. Somehow I doubt he had to beg her to be in his video.
BTWif they had married she would've been Sherry Perry. Ha ha! -

Actually, Steve and Sherry had already broken up when they filmed the music video (you can download it at LimeWire - it's great). Sherry appeared in the video anyway because the song was about her and they apparently remained good friends.

I think she was an azhole for not staying with him, he'll he made a song about her! She looked like a airhead anyway.
