Hah its an inside joke for Bad fans. He looks a lot like Matt Damon, or at least he did during the show, so considering their drug business, people started calling him Meth Damon

Kevin Weeks. The guy who worked as a bouncer at the club Whitey frequented. Whitey liked his resillience and made him one of his goons.
