And wake up in the middle of the night sweating and feeling like I'm in shock because I weigh so much and because this is not my body (or the one I used to have). I don't know what it is, maybe some sort of panic attack.?

I weigh so much because I was medicated for years, ashole. If they take me off the medication I will start losing weight again like I have before.

Didn't you say you were on meds now where weight gain isn't a major side effect? Regardless, you're not going to get of meds so if you want to lose weight Ozempic is worth considering.
