what is the name of the movie where him and his two friends one white one black are killed for stealing money i think and a witch docteur brings the 3 back as shrunken heads with special powers his power was that he had vampire teeth the other white guys power was lighting and the black guy could hide a knife in his mouth and they came back to kill the people that killed him

BTW, I remember being small and watching that from the video store. I also especially remember liking the scene where the girl lets the one kid's shrunken head up her shirt smirk
