This book is nothing but a bunch of lies. It was written by a man who wanted to become a famous star in Hollywood and became jealous of John when he was successful. That's what jealousy does to some people. If you are a fan of John's, then don't even pick up this book. There are too many facts in the book that can be proven to be false so, as I said, it's a book of lies by a jealous man.
              Ignore it.

Yeah I'll bring the "Rosco" camouflage gear and you can bring the weapons.Any good with a bow? I can hold my own-we'd better build an army though, and I'd say that wouldn't be too hard with a little explainingLet's go to war! Yeehaw!

When I read the book I just thought how sad that a man who was once John's friend and who John helped on numerous occasions could turn out to be such a nasty, spiteful, snake in the grass.
He blames John for his everything. Instead of spending his time blaming John he would be better served to acknowledging his own lack of talent and integrity and moving on with his life.
The author is a sad loser who can't get over the fact that John has more talent than him, is better looking than him, is more successful than him and is a better person than him.
When I finished reading the book I felt that all the author had proved was that he was just a pathetic wannabe.
                                Please don't buy this book.

You could always send him a letter via his publishers, however, his ego is so big and his brain is obviously so small he probably wouldn't believe or pay any attention to anything that you said.
He strikes me as the kind of person who always blames other people for his own failings, instead of taking ownership of them and trying to improve.
He clearly craves fame, maybe the best thing to do is just ignore him and his pitiful book.
