Serling: The Rise and Twilight of Television's Last Angry Man, by George F. Sander. I believe it's out of print; I found my copy used on Ebay.

"As I Knew Him:: My Dad, Rod Serling" by his daughter Anne Serling is an incredible page-turner and one of the best biographies I have ever read.
5 stars on Amazon and well-deserved.
