He actually looks better after he regained a little bit. For a while there he actually looked too skinny like he was sick.

I disagree. Actors who are dedicated to their craft will lose and gain weight if needed to play a character.

I was watching Rise of the Zombies (not very good) if I may add and said to myselfhe looks like the dude from American History X. After that, went to IMDb to check him out and sure enough it's the same guy. Wow, he looks great! good for him.
He's got a great and long list of projects. Very talented.

Hard to believe he went from "Remember The Titans" to what he is now.

Yeah - 'Remember the Titans' is on TV and I just came out to imdb for a recent picture, since I had heard he lost weight. Really amazing change. He looks great.

Not as unrecognisable as this guy - https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com:443/data.filmboards/images/upload/7Tm9cbU.jpg
Harry Melling AKA Dudley Dursley from Harry Potter (he had to wear a fatsuit in the last 1-2 HP movies he was in)

I disagree. I think he looked so hot when he was obese in Road Trip.
He will not get any roles as a hot muscle everyday guy. Go back to being fat. I miss him.

For a Hollywood actor losing weight can be a double edged sword, if you were getting a lot of roles as 'The fat guy'. If you lose weight, you run the risk of just getting lost in the shuffle. Kind of like what's happening to Josh Peck.

Yup. It killed Ron Lester's (Billy Bob in Varsity Blues) career. He said if he could go back he'd have stayed fat. He's now broke and trying to pitch a movie about NASCAR. That really sucks.

The weight loss came from mma . He trains multiple times a week .
