I can't really explain it and I couldn't find a video on YouTube where he does it, but it is so weird. It's like he'll be smiling, then his lips start to move like he's going to say a word that starts with a w, then back to normal over and over again really, really fast.

It's his way of having a character laugh-smiling. He does it a lot with Rev. Sharpton's character.

It's a comedic crutch of his that he does in EVERY sketch, followed by bouncing his shoulders up and down. I'm not kidding. EVERY sketch.
