Is that beautiful blond actress that was in Model's Inc and Lifetime movie fame, this pretty girls mother?
It is not listed in her biography section, if that is true, isn't it worth mention? -

Cassidy Rae was born in 1976 which would have made her only 18 when Makenzie was born in 1994. Not totally unheard of. However, Makenzie is Alexa Vega's (Spykids) little sister. Alexa was born in 1988. That would have made Cassidy only 12 when she was born. So it seems unlikely that she is their mother.
If you look on Cassidy Rae's IMDB page it says she is married to Andrew Towns (2000 - present) with 1 child. I thought perhaps they starred in a movie together as characters mother and daughter, but I couldn't find a show where the two names were credited together.
This might be stretching it a bit, but Cassidy Rae, when she has straight blonde hair looks a lot like Kristen Stewart did in the movie "In the Land of Women" as she had her hair bleached blonde:

Makenzie Vega and Kristen Stewart played sisters though in "In the Land of Women", not mother and daughter. Meg Ryan played their mother.
