My father is Jack Warden's first cousin. Jack used the name Johnny Costello in his boxing days and my father is indeed Francis W. Costello. We have an old address in Malibu Beach, but my dad is 81 years old and is trying to locate long last relatives. Jack sent flowers to my grandfather's funeral many years ago.
