Just saw a picture of her when she dated Heath Ledger and it said she is now with Liev, checking this site I see they don't list him as a spouse. They have been together for almost 10 years and I thought they were married.

Yeah, it's confusing because in some interviews she has referred to him as her husband, where other interviews and biographies say that they are partners. She said on live with Kelly and Michael that they weren't married but they have two kids together and it wasn't a priority for them at the time. Maybe things will change!

They broke up, according to some websites. Too bad, I liked them as a couple.

They never got married, but that is a good thing now considering the split would have been worse if they did get married.
