I think you should ask the OP that.

First off, racist question. Secondly, you realize that he was portraying a character, right?

It's not a racist question if it's a legitimate claim. Aubrey changed his tone of talking when he started getting big to fit in more.

Watch that interview from 2004, and see how not gangster he actually talks.

Something tells me that you don't quite understand how racism and stereotypes work.

There's no such thing as "talking black" but I'm guessing you mean like, "talking gangsta"
Probably to fit in more. When he does interviews, he usually talks normal. Then when hes rapping, its different.

Yeah in interviews and stuff he has the same voice he has always has. I also would like to add that his "rapping voice" on Degrassi is exactly the same as his Drake "rapping voice".
Please don't ever say "talk black" again. You look like an a** hole.

"Every Black American is bilingual" - Dave Chappelle
I know Drake is Canadian but his father is a Black American and he spent a lot of time with him and he's around primarily Black Americans now. When you are multicultural or at least grow up in multicultural environment, you know how to easily adapt in different situations. It doesn't mean that you are being fake. It is all different parts of you. It's the same as speaking differently with your parents then with your friends.

Yeah. Everyone adapts their speaking to whoever their audience is, ranging from work mates, friends, parents, associates and even the telephone voice.

I like Aubrey back before he started trying to fit it, I loved his interviews and how real he was back in the day.

He was on Degrassi because he was acting in a role. He is not his character.
