We don't know if any of this is true or not. There's no way to prove if that was said or not. I also doubt the allegations against Steve Howey as well.

According to one article, Steve and Sarah had reported some criminal activity to the nanny's agency. So maybe they asked her to quit to avoid paying severance, and now the nanny can't get a job because her agency flagged her, and now she's suing. It just seems suspicious that she would stay for three years, then wait an entire year after quitting to file a suit.
