I'm the one on this board that continually points out that they party and drink underage and gasp even smoke pot at one point, since 2007 for Dakota and that's a long time of me saying that. I said it when no one else would admit it.
You must be new to these boards. And I'm far older than "kid" kid. -

She actually does smoke. not sure when it started nor how frequently, But my friend mentioned it to me, 2 years ago, when he was working with her on neon demon. not trying to disclose his identity, but He talked with her every day on set during breaks, even went to coachella with her because She wanted Him to film her experience with her friends. I told him to LET ME DO THAT! lol. But he left before I could do it. Sadly, she smokes, and she was doing it back in 2014, so, Hopefully she realizes cigs age a person fast, and stops. but sadly, everybody on sets Smoke! Even if you're a non smoker, On set, you're surrounded by smokers. Everybody smokes, sadly. i hate it!
