Well at the moment it is Kat who runs the place KATS CABS! But Ben Bradshaw is nostalgic of the time when Kat and Alfie ran the pub. This is how he remembers it from when he was a child and he wants to put them back there.

Den’s grandson died years ago and now has a bench. He’s got a lot of great ideas has this Ben Bradshaw. Very young he is too, only 22 I heard.

Oh lovely! Is she going to drive you anywhere nice in her new car? Maybe to a nice beach with some cliffs and a few crab ponds. 
My driving instructor thinks that I may be ready for my first test in about another two years.

Oddly her driving test person was the person who had failed her three times already.
He was quite apologetic about it (Apparently). Seems he's turned quite "Right wing" in the years he's been testing people and isn't for those migrant people and their terrible ways on the road.
Quite amusing Bobby, I can say
Yes, we've already picked a spot for us to venture to and there's a beach and history and all of that there for us
It's a shame that I can't being you, but, there's that petty cash thing to think about

Yes it is a shame that I can’t come with you both to this beach where we could have gone crabbing together and built a sandcastle and shared a great big giant ice cream, but you’re right…I do have enough drama with this petty cash incident. Perhaps when I’m done with that, we can all go to Maccers together and try the new Arch Burger.

If he'd wondered 100 metered towards Partick Train Station he's had gone to Avanti, still not the best breakfast that he's ever have but 1000 times better than wha the got in Bog of Nails
I'd say that sausage he got was about the best they had ]yes]
And did you hear the welfare kif screaming in the background at 11 in the morning?!?!?

Uncle Greeno doesn’t seem to do much research. He just turns up at a place and sees someone and says ‘where’s a good place to do dinner dins?’ all with a great big smile on his face.
