We all know how sensational Becki is on UGLY BETTY, but who knew she could sing? Well, we had the pleasure of hearing her (with the equally talented Michael Urie) perform the great Stephen Sondheim song "Getting Married Today," from the show COMPANY, in the recent BROADWAY BACKWARDS 4, presented as a benefit for New York City LGBT Service Center at the American Airlines Roundabout Theatre in New York. Becki displayed a great belt-soprano voice, as the nervous Michael fretted about his upcoming same-sex marriage and Becki was the "Greek chorus" responding to his craziness. As one the evening's executive producers, I got to meet her after the concert, and she is as delightful as you might imagine, and incredibly generous with her time and talent. She's the best!
