She's tried to change her image so many times to return to that but never could. I would say she was the biggest celebrity wise during her "can't be tamed era". Even though the album went nowhere her celebrity was huge. She was the most popular teenager in Hollywood and on every Magazine cover. This would have been 2010-2011. That was the height of her popularity.
She totally alienated her fans and Hollywood by doing the hip hop thing. Then when that was over she had no choice but to get a job as a judge on "the voice". She has attempted to revive her pop career many times since then but it NEVER gets her back to her previous fame. She had a hot with "Flowers" but it didn't stick around.
I feel sorry for her. She peaked at 18-19 years old popularity wise, even beauty wise. It must be depressing to be downgraded so much.
