I heard that she is Tin5b4y from Xscape's mother. Is this true. I know Tiny's mom is white. If it is why isn't this on Teena's profile?

That's definitely not true. Teena is not Tiny's mother. Teena only has one daughter and she is 16 years old. Her name is Alia Rose. Here's a few pics of her:
