i believe it's the employer's responsibility to provide health insurance, a retirement pension, and a decent salary. if it weren't for the employees, the employer wouldn't be where they are. you shouldn't burn out your employees.
if i were a wealthy employer:
    the employee would receive;
$100,000 per year salary (to meet rising cost of living)
full health insurance benefits ($50 per month)
a retirement pension after 20 years (full salary until death)
    paid leave
    sick time
    vacation time
    maternity leave
    childbirth leave
    daycare stipend
college grant program or loan repayment program
    mortgage downpayment grant
    car downpayment grant
    used car allowance
    kids tuition program
work schedule - monday through thursday 8am to 4pm (off friday, saturday, sunday)
equal employer opportunity regardless of race, handicapp, or gender

1st, what is the job that the salary is $100k per year? Should a door opener, janitor, receptionist earn $100k per year?

3rd the trumps r rich & want 2 stay that way. If they extend these gerat benefits 2 their employees it will cut in2 their wealth.

I know this is extremely late, but - $50 a month for full health benefits? Get real. Even a crap group policy with a $1000-$2000 deductible costs around $400 or more a month. Or are you saying the employee should only pay $50 per month? Regardless, your business plan doesn't sound likely to get you bank funding or personal wealth anytime soon.
