Why haven't I seen her, say, do ads on TV or magazines for a beauty product or some other product or a service?

I would like it if I saw her in makeup commercials or something on TV to brighten my day, but she isn't as well known in the US generally as in Ireland or the UK. Most people in the US probably just know her as "Keira Knightley's younger sister in Atonement" or maybe for The Lovely Bones. She got an Oscar nod for Brooklyn but it didn't exactly tear it up at the BO.

I think she just avoids vanity endorsements. She has done some advertising work, namely with, off the top of my head, Comic Relief/Red Nose to promote fundraising to improve the lives of disadvantaged children, ConnectIreland to promote the broadening of job sectors by attracting small businesses to Ireland, the Irish Film Institute to promote film preservation and the Irish Food Board to promote sustainable food/drink production - things she's actually passionate about.
