Plastic surgery?

She looks completely natural to me, and I always notice when an actor/actress has had work done. I find it to be such a huge turn-off. But she looks fine. Contrary to what the OP said, she has complete control over her facial expressions. I think that she's just one of these people that tend to sort of clench their jaw when they talk. Because of that, she can seem kind of stiff. But if you focus around her eyes and forehead, she looks her age.
When I first saw her I thought she might have had some work done on her nose, but I don't even think so anymore. I also have a very tiny nose like that.

Blasted internet. I have no reason to feel so compelled to comment on what you said, and yet I cannot resist.
I think you should know that what you've pointed out is precisely WHY cinarbenli said that. (S)He was just being dry.
Which is to say it was intentionally said as a joke; the sort of fly-by one that doesn't have a Neon Sign over it (thoughit's not exactly a puzzle either).

I just came on here to say she looks different in thte last episode (subway episode) than she has in previous. Her nose looks somewhat Michael Jacksonish and her eyes look bigger. Something is off
If you take a look at her older photos she was gorgeous. Somehow shes just changed. Not for the better. -

I agree. her jawline and lips looks extraordinarily sculpted. Her face is also asymmetrical. Not saying that she had surgery, but there is something a little off about her features.
Im ridiculously handsome, fiercely intel2000ligent & amazingly humble. Get in line, ladies -

I agree that she looks like she may have had plastic surgery. I'm watching season 3 after I just watched Seasons 1 and 2 back to back and something is definitely different about her face. I used to like her a lot because of how expressive her face was, but now it always looks very restrained, like she can't even help it. Too bad.

Totally agree. The makeup (not to mention the lighting) this past season was pretty bad. It seemed caked on the actors' faces. I think the main difference in Gillian's face is that the circles under her eyes were gone. But that's all makeup for sure.
If you look at recent video interviews or pictures of her outside the show, she still looks the same and still has the same expressive face. -

I think all of what you call plastic surgery about her in this thread is just the usual combination of aging and the appliance of more and more make-up by the team as a person in show-business ages. Which eventually makes some look like crazy lizard dinosaurs even without bad plastic surgery. But when the plastic surgery is terrible, wow can you see some dinosaur/lizard/dragon-looking faces

okay yeah i thought i was the only one. her facial features definitely look DIFFERENT.
probably is the make up. comparing season 1 and season 3, it seems to suggest that it is the make up. her skin tone looks like it has one uniform color in season 3. definitely like they cake it on. her face looks like theres more texture in season 1 -

Her facial features are kind of unusual or unique, especially her buggy looking eyes, almost nonexistent nose, and her protruding upper lip. She looks identical to a grey alien
