        No Tara
Firstly your name was at the end of the sentence where you seem to think a comma should go, which is incorrect.
Secondly there is no rule to place a comma before and/or after a name - it can be done but can look feeble and illiterate if not done well.
Lastly, a comma is used to create a minor pause in a sentence structure. One that, if used properly, can distract the reader enough to understand there is a subtext to the overall message (One which needn't be placed within brackets).
I'm not here to correct your English or pull you up for trying to modify other people's use of language, just letting you know that what you have learned is not a standard that anyone who writes professionally would follow
The rule of three dictates another no from me but instead, you get the upgrade

          Discuss the comma with

Depends upon which "Rule of three" you are talking about, also - if you don't mind - after opening quotation marks a capital letter is expected as the first letter of the following word

Sorry munchkin, I was away. I didn't realise you had more time, a matter which you stated in your most recent comment in this thread prior to the one I a replying to
There was a "capital letter" after opening quotation marks in my last post.
Are you trying to be cute?
Why would I make up such a thing as you not using a capital t?
Either you edited it or it is time to bring out the tinfoil hats about someone purposefully altering your post and then correcting it

You still didn't digest it, you resentful little MachoMan.
It's not enough for you to overrun me with Lala wherever you see a post from me. You're a sore loser.
                        For others:
                        It all started with his
                        'hilarious'
                        OP about Kathy Griffin.
                        https://www.filmboards.com/board/t/Kathy-Griffin-is-a-failed-comic,-a-vicious-****,-and-an-ugly-skank.-3417249/
MachoMan is a Free Speech's fan and I dared to claim Free Speech for Kathy Griffin too.
Even worse, I cracked the extremely evil (!) joke about our chancellor (decapitate him).
MachoMan created several hate threads (Hitler, stupid Nazis, stupid Germans). ☺
                        Calling me repeatedly a
                        "blood thirsty bitch"
                        . ☻
Particularly amusing cause MachoMan is a staunch supporter of the death penalty.
                        And please note:

I have no problem with people using commas as they see fit, I just think that they should be more aware of how they are used by others prior to telling the world the absolutely correct version of use (Which doesn't exist!).

The Oxford or serial comma is not used much at all any more. I just brought it up because this thread had gone commatose* at one punkt.
