I used to like her, and thought she had an edge.
But then,β¦she started getting into politics and that's when I wanted nothing more to do with her. I can generally do my best to separate the art from the artist, but that tipped me over the edge. I will not watch a movie she's in. I will no longer watch any of her stand up routines or performances. When she started spouting off about her political agenda, that was enough for me to dismiss her without another thought.
Nope, don't like her.

Taylor Swift is another one.
I was never a fan, and don't like her music, but I admit that I have always loved her fashion sense because unlike a lot of "pop stars," she doesn't go for vulgar clothing and doesn't use sex to sell her music, at least not directly (and I'm admitting I have very little familiarity with her because I don't know anything in particular by her)β¦but I liked her fashion sense because it gave off this vintage vibe, like a pinup style.
Once again, she's one who opened her mouth to spout out about politics (and it's always these rich ones hating on America, the country that they choose to make their MULTIPLE homes in, that allowed them to thrive and gave them a platform to get filthy rich off of,β¦but yeah, America sucks, right?)
It's like Ariana Grande. I don't deny she has talent (I also don't know much about her but acknowledge what little I've seen, she has a great voice, does great vocal impressions, can sing),β¦but as silly as this may sound to some, I never got past the episode of her licking that doughnut and saying "America sucks" or some such tripe. That was it, that did it, and no more Ariana for me.

I agree. I don't know her music and probably couldn't recognize a song of hers on the radio,β¦I've seen videos only in passing, and of course I've seen pictures of her. I think she's very pretty. I think she also did a runway show for Victoria's Secret, didn't she?
