WTF the guy is barely 21 and they want him to be Batman. Batman doesn't even exist til Bruce comes back from training in his late 20s to form that identity. No joke. They are going for an OC Justice League.

Actually, they weren't. He had plans to do the role. I don't know if it's scheduling w111cith another movie that's going to interfere, or what happened, or if he's still involved. It WAS confirmed he'd been slated to do the part, though.

The writers strike and other factors killed the movie in 2007, but Armie was cast and even had the suit made for him.

He should steer clear of any other "superhero&qu2000ot; role for now, especially a "masked man".
It would be horrible to be typecast at this stage in the game.
I do think though, that movie talks for that have started back up. He should run. Or play someone else, if they do try to do the movie and approach him again.

Nope. They wanted an older Batman. Hammer was never seriously considered.
