I think she's unfunny and all attitude.
But, personal feelings aside, I think two tweets by her sum up why a lot of folks can't abide her.
"Just found my "creativity journal" from 2005. It begins: "I dreamed I was a prostitute and that I molested a little African American rodent"
Lena Dunham (@lenadunham) March 7, 2010"
and
"An uncool thought to have: "is that guy walking in the dark behind me a rapist? Never mind, he's Asian."
Lena Dunham (@lenadunham) July 12, 2011"
When did people forget the art of keeping some s#!t like t238his to themselves?
And, mind you, this is the same woman who bragged about molesting her little sister for years in her autobiography. Wasnt there a time in America when people who obsessed about molestation didnt get famous? And now, she's suppose to be the voice for feminism? WTF?
But wait, shes just being edgy, right? After all, shes a powerful female comedienne, RIGHT?
Well,I hate to break it to you, but thats not how most folks see it.
So she wrote one show you likeor voiced on character5b4 in a toon you likethat doesn't excuse all the vile, noxious crap that spews out of that hole under her nose like raw sewage.
"I can arrange for you a humiliating death. And, so we're on the same page, it will involve sheep." -

I think it is a combination two things. First, her generation doesn't understand the difference between using social media to keep in touch with people and living their life without any filters/restraints.
My wife uses FB to let relatives in other states know what our kids have been up to just like she does with her parents who live close by. Younger generations "think" that everyone gives a fart about what they are doing all of the time and spout out anything which comes to mind.
Secondly, Lena and her ilk have never been told "no" or that they were wrong. They are the "everyone gets a trophy" generation. -

Do you think she is really that influential?
I don't keep up with her. I have heard of her of course, but I just don't believe she is really that well known. If someone thinks she is all that I'd like to hear how I am wrong.
But to me she is a fringe, minor character. -

1 - She lied about being raped, just to smea238r someone of a different political persuasion
2 - She somewhat molested her sister
3 - She said she was disappointed she hadn't had an abortion yet
4 - She promised to leave the country if Trump was elected, then didn't leave
