True, but then you couldn't use it like a conventional weapon. I mean, while the decent, non-liberal people in the world will be negatively affected by it, even to the point of death, liberals will follow the smell with more vigor than the kids following the Pied Piper.
Then, once we have them allb68 in one place we carpet bomb them.
