its alright. there are so many different kinds of homemade ramen noodle cuisine. you can go to speciality restaraunts for it. ive been to a few of those dine-in restaraunts in nyc, and they were nice. however i got tired of eating ramen, even i was tired of the cheap ramen sold in grocery stores was tired of eating. imo, homemade ramen noodles is a delicacy that i dont indulge in often even if i were a millionaire. but thats just me.

Yeah, me too. I'm picking up udon noodles tomorrow when I go shopping and making something similar to what Ryan posted before. I got inspired, but I'm picking up what I need and making everything from scratch.

Keeping some of the broth and making this again in a day or two, so the broth deepens in flavour. Got it pretty close to what you get in ramen places here.

They started delivery again today but don't deliver to my area because were too far out - so we walked 4 miles and ordered it to outside a dentist, then got an uber home and the rest was cheeky
