I just read an article where she said she "doesn't just want to be known as that naked girl", and there were rumours that she was refusing to do further nude scenes for GOT, and so her character was killed off.
I sure hope she doesn't slam the door shut on doing nude scenes..she's incredibly hot !! I love seeing her naked; she's as beautiful as a goddess and her nudity in GOT really spiced the show up and attracted a lot more viewers. She should NEVER be ashamed of doing nude scenes or allow the feminists and other A-hole liberals to push her away from that with charges of "exploitation". The fact of the matter is, her beauty and willingness to do nude scenes helped her leapfrog over many other talented actresses to land such a coveted role on a big series. Acresses that are not willing to do nudity didn't get the role, so such willingness opens a lot of doors and eliminates a lot of competition. Feminists will try to label such scenes as "exploitation",in order to bully and control other women in an attempt to dissuade them from doing nudity. This is because feminists are man-haters and can't stand to see men getting pleasure from the beauty of a woman. Of course, these feminist hypocrites will never complain about movies like Magic Mike and label them "exploitative". (Funny double-standard there, huh?)
Ultimately, Esme's gorgeous nudity helped land her the role and attracted a lot more veiwers. Once people start watching, they get hooked, but many people (myself included), wouldn't have given the show a chance if there wasn't the promise of some gorgeous female nudity. Every normal person likes to look at a beautiful woman naked, period. I enjoy the storyline, but the possibility of seeing a beautiful unclothed woman is a big bonus and keeps me tuning in. I was always happy to see Esme naked.she's so friggin' hot !
Esme is a goddess who should be proud to be revealing her perfect female form onscreen and sharing it with the world. She shouldn't let idiot feminists or other left-wing morons talk her out of doing nude scenes. This got her a start on a major series and allows her to build her acting skills, enhances her fame and demand, and makes her MONEY each week. If she refuses to do nudity, she'll be giving up on a lot of promising, lucrative opportunities, and some other beauty will just take her place. -

She is beautiful. But you are very shallow to infer her only ability to continue acting is her willingness to appear nude.
And in fact I am5b4 a feminist and I don't hate men. I get annoyed by boys who only see a female as worthy if she has a perfect body and is beautiful.
She is so much more than that.
And that double standard you speak of?
Women are seen as sluts and whores if they participate in sexual activity. GOT is a perfect exame of this with exception of Ygritte.
I love this show but even the directors and producers admit the nudity is in it for gratuitous reasons.
So it's not just women like me. And it's naive to label all feminists as "man haters" because they don't believe as you do.

Dude, she started off as a burlesque dancer. She's not ashamed of anything like that. But I think she wants to take her career into more meaty roles. It's like those Disney actors that start doing more risque adult movies. She doesn't want to be a one trick pony. So just be patient, and I think she'll still bear it in the right roles.
