Those photos are embarrassingly awful. She tries desperately hard to be sexy and edgy but utterly fails. She's just not a very pretty girl.

Here's the thing.
I had a double lung transplant in Aug of 2013. I've got CysticFibrosis. A year before the transplant, I was on so much oxygen that I couldn't be gone for more than an hour because my tank would run out. I was in a wheelchair for about 6 months before. I never want to be in a wheelchair ever again.
I have a morbid sense of humor. Little offends me. However, I was temporarily in the wheelchair. A very short amount of time.
For that reason, I do not think that I or anyone else not in a wheelchair for an extended period of time has the right to decide if this is offensive.
But I feel like Kylie doesnt care if it is offensive and didn't give it a second thought. Which is more offensive I think.
