    As Young as You Feel
    (Harmon Jones, 1951) 6/10
Skilled printer John Hodges is stunned when Acme Printing forces him into retirement at age 65. His family can barely stand having him at home, and the traditional pursuits of the aged do not appeal. Enter a charismatic impostor: Hodges disguised as Harold Cleveland, president of the parent corporation, to make a slight change in company policy. But Hodges, riding the tiger, finds it's not so easy to get down… especially when his ex-boss's gorgeous wife falls for him.
Screw capitalism, it’s depressing, but this is a cute social screwball comedy that doesn't overstay its welcome and lives on the goodwill of its script and cast. Monty Woolley is delightful as always and once again upends the standards of the upper class, recalling his brilliant performance in
The Man Who Came to Dinner
    10 years prior.
The supporting cast (Thelma Ritter, Jean Peters, David Wayne, Albert Dekker, Allyn Joslyn, Russ Tamblyn) is great as well. I watched this for Constance Bennett and Marilyn Monroe tho. While it's wonderful to see one of the great stars of the '30s, Constance Bennett, in a later role, Marilyn has a thankless minor role as the CEO's secretary. If you expect her, expect to be disappointed. However, she's sticking her tongue out to a hysterical man and has some 5⭐️ iconic fashion moments and i live to see it.
