Some of the process work is dicey, but most of the movie holds up because they were using practical, over size, sets and props.
Grant Williams carries the second half of the movie alone and does a splendid job. He never became a major star. You can see him in
The Monolith Monsters
made the year after.
Ray Anthony's trumpet for shrinking men is another plus.

Oh, sorry. The old eyes aren't what they used to be. Thanks, and I'll give it a look very soon, I hope. It will certainly bring back some memories. I saw it at a drive in in a small dust-blown town in Arizona back in the day. One of the best of those 50s sci-fi films, I think.
