I don't get it either. She's a cute blonde, but there are hundreds of girls in Australia that look exactly like her, and don't have weird stumpy bodies Fanboys will drink up anything the Hollywood machine serves them.

the movies margot has done in her short career have been above average performances so far, like if she keeps goin5b4g on this upswing she will do better and better, she started off strong and doesn't seem to be letting go, jessica chastain has been around for nearly 10 years. and she did super well in tarzan and she killed it as harley quinn imo out performing the acclaimed viola davis and will smith, just need to give probs to people and not compare them to veterans, she will get her do just wait.

In your opinion. I love how fanboys of other actresses do their best to discredit someone else's. Chastain is no better then any number of actresses and neither is Robbie. Susan Sarandon and Sally Fields are really good actresses. -

Ignorant comment. While I agree Hollywood have typified the blonde bombshell as the pinnacle of beauty, it's now being counteracted by reverse racism (which technically doesn't exist because as we all know, only white people can be racist).
Margot is considered beautiful by a large percentage of the general population. Some of those who think she is beautiful are not even white (gasp). So why should we have to feel guilty for feeling this way? Just because she isn't black, asian, native american etc.? We don't need to swing the pendulum all the way to the other side where we are excluding white people just because they don't fit an accepted stereotype.

This comment encapsulates exactly how I feel regarding the whole race for political correctness. Beautiful summation of a complex issue.
That said, Margot's acting stands out for me personally above her looks. She does have classic good looks according to Western standards, but her same features could certainly present with dark hair, skin and eyes and still be just as radiant.
