Trevor Noah is just as much black is he is Jewish. His mother is half South African, Half Jewish, and his father is Swiss. So he is 1/4 Jewish, 1/4 African, and 1/2 Swiss. I think he is allowed to make Jewish jokes, considering he is Jewish.
