Why was she only in one scene in The Hunger Games?

Initially IMDB listed her in both parts of Mockingjay and then she was only listed in Part II and then she has one scene. Was scenes cut out featuring her? Anyone who read the books did she have anything else to do in them? Kinda odd to see her introduced to then never see her again.
