Anyway, I too adore them both. There's definitely something about these Farmiga's that I just love.
Vera is a consummate professional and Taissa, (as someone who never wanted to act), has done fantastically well. AMS series 1, will be the greatest thing she's even done in my book. I loved every second & keep watching.
I wonder if this hate by some is jealousy? Yes, she's not a brilliant actress like her sister, but there is definitely something about her that just mesmorises me & she's not like the rest of the Hollywood youngsters, she has her own style & has so much grace! -

I'm a huge Vera fan, but Taissa is very lovely and talented, like her big sis.

Not really fair to compare the two actresses since one of them is way more experienced and since she's older gets a chance at a lot better roles with more to do in the roles while Taissa is only 19 so she gets a lot less challenging of roles.

her older sister (Vera) is THE most attractive actress out there and has been for years as there has never been an actress i found as attractive as Vera
(hell, about the only other semi-famous person i can think of that i would say is basically on Vera's level would be Kari Byron (from the TV show 'Mythbusters' on Discovery Channel).
plus, it never hurts that when i look at my Top 5-6 movies of Vera's no other actress can match the all around quality of them as the only one who's even close for me for the movie quality themselves is Jodie Foster as if i look at my Top 5-ish movies of her's they are in the ball park of Vera's.
but anyways it will be interesting to see how it plays out for Taissa as i think she has a bit of what Vera has, which is not a bad thing
p.s. but given i turned 34 a bit over a month ago i am much closer in age to Vera(40) than Taissa(19). side note: one of my cousins has the same b-day as Vera but he's 18 years younger than she is.

because Vera has been around a while and given better/more challenging roles where as Taissa is still quite young and i suspect it will be a while (roughly 5-10 years?) before she starts getting into bigger/better roles. but given she looks quite young that's going to limit what roles are offered to her for the near future.
but you can see she's starting to look not like a kid as in Higher Ground you can tell she looked quite young where as lately you can tell she looks a bit older than she used to, to where it's noticeable. but obviously she still looks quite young like teenager level, maybe early 20's at the oldest which is going to put a cap on what roles she will get.
but basically this could be a potential advantage to Taissa over Vera as Taissa got started at a young age where as Vera never really got started til she was around 23-24 years old (i.e. 1997) and it took her pretty much 7-9 years later (i.e. 2004-2006 (basically 2006+)) before she got on the radar.My Vote History

If not for her sister she wouldnt be in Hollywood. The films she starred in are always associated with her sister.
Nowhere near as talented as Vera, not that much sex appeal as Vera. Taissa is decent, but when she gets older, she will be gone. -

You really are so full of beep She is doing 3 movies this year NONE has anything to do with Vera, Then she did Bling Ring also nothing to do with Vera, She did Jamesy Boy NOTHING toda0 do with Vera also. Anna nothing to do with Vera either. AHS NOTHING to so with Vera either, So MOST of her movies and AHS has NOTHING to do with Vera. She made 2 movies that is connected with her you damn imbecile

She got casted in Middleton and Higher Ground because of Vera. Her sister admitted she helped her audition for AHS and Bling Ring. Anna was produced by Jaume Collet-Sierra, director of the Orphan with Vera. Taissa's lucky she's got connections. That's it.
She's cute but utterly mediocre. -

Agreed. Taissa admitted her life has been free of hardships and that her life has been too easy and light so thats why she prefers darker rolesthis annoyed me further.
Im glad shes had a happy life, that is wonderful for her, but again, but shes never had to work hard for anything..shes never had to fight her way to the top. Her money and Vera connections paved a yellow brick road for her. -

She's had a charmed life and has no idea what struggle is for anythingshe's had everything handed to her on a silver platter..maybe I have some annoyance at that and even feel envious of people who have such easy and carefree lives..since mine has been the opposite.
I also think it's kind of crap that she's gotten so many roles simply because of her connections via Vera when a ton of other more talented folks struggle to even make it in the business out there -

You seem to know an awful lot about her personal life for someone who clearly can't stand her, are you connected to her family or have inside information?
Yes she got her first role from her sister, (of which she was very impressive in), then auditioned for AHS & got it fair & square, (as she did for the film 6 years), the casting director for AHS, said she blew them away, (their words not mine), the rest she probably got from the strength of AHS, but some people are luckier than others, THAT'S LIFE !!!
If there are a ton more talented folk out there struggling, BLAME THE CASTINGS DIRECTORS/AGENTS, not Taissa ! Anyway, she's not exactly got a tone of things coming up so your wish may be coming true soon & she'll disappear. -

I just know that her family are the typical conservative Religious folks who also happen to have a lot of money even before Vera got famous. Seem like nice people who clearly raise decent children.
I don't want her to disappear I like her and I do think she'll probably stick around for awhile.
