Andor is the only one worth watching, but it can drag at times. The rest of the shows are godawful. If you thought Star Wars couldn't get any worse after the sequel trilogy then you thought wrong. It got worse. Much worse.

The animated ones are great. Clone Wars, Rebels, Bad Batch.
Can't really speak much about the live action. The only one I have seen is Obi-Wan Kenobi which was quite bad.

I binged them all recently and my advice is to watch Andor season 1 and skip everything else. Andor season 1 is just good scifi

The best bet is Andor seasons 1 and 2 for overall quality.
Rebels was really good if you like animated cartoons.
For light entertainment and fun:
The 1st season of Mandolorian.
The Acolyte had some bad-ass fight scenes which I enjoyed watching.
