"Hanks perhaps wasn't the best choice of actor, he didn't have the nuance for this kind of role."
I agree with you there.
Murdering is just so not him.

From your list, I have seen "Salo" and the remakes of "My Bloody Valentine", "Halloween" and "The Fog" and I agree, they were all terrible.
I took the post to mean what terrible movies do you happen to like.
First one that came to mind for me was "Glen or Glenda". That movie is FASCINATING. It was made in 1953 and it is STILL ahead of its time.
Other movies that are generally thought of as terrible/bad, but that I saw some redeeming qualities in and enjoyed (except for LHOTL)…
"Last House on the Left" (1972)
"Persecution" (1974)
"Horror of Party Beach"
"Roller Boogie" (1979)
"Airport 1975"
"The Concorde: Airport 1979"
"Xanadu"
"Motel Hell" (which I actually think is a GOOD movie. It's got everything!)
"Empire of the Ants"
"Boom" (1968)
"X, Y and Zee" (I cannot understand why the critics thought this was a bad movie. It is very intelligent and thoughtful, with complex characterizations and three very good performances. Also, some of the best movie dialogue I have ever heard. Plus, it's just plain fun.)
"Cruising" (another movie which I don't think is bad at all)
Most 70s disaster movies and most 80s slashers I am quite fond of.

That's the thing, terrible can mean a fun groovy time as well.
I chose movies that I thought were terrible and really didn't enjoy or get anything out of them, not even a good time.
I have seen all these below on your list, and I wouldn't consider them terrible to the extent that I scorned them. Others may hate upon though, so it really seems a pointless exercise:
"Last House on the Left" (1972)
"Roller Boogie" (1979)
"Airport 1975"
"The Concorde: Airport 1979"
"Xanadu"
"Motel Hell" (which I actually think is a GOOD movie. It's got everything!)
"Empire of the Ants"
"X, Y and Zee"

But if we're talking about a movie that is terrible in every way, including BORING, then for me, this one's it. It's not even 70 minutes long and it feels like 5 hours.

I remember The Relic, that wasn't too bad! Don't know many of the other movies, probably a good thing.
I see The Last Knight on there which reminds me of The Dark Knight, a nolan movie which is also absolutely awful. ALL batman movies are. All superhero movies are. Ok, except to Spiderman with Kirsten Dunst, because she's got hot legs. -

I walked out of The Relic and my friends were just as content to do the same.
Not a big superhero fan and I really don’t like Nolan as a director. I watched 20 mins of The Dark Knight and shut it off. Fell asleep for most of Batman Begins.
I do like Burton’s Batman Returns.

On the flip side???
Oliver Stone SUCKS!

"Terrible is in the eye of the beholder."
Only to an extend. I think we can all agree that movies with leslie jones and daniel "no Bond" craig always suck. As do movies by wes anderson and movies with justin long. There are no exceptions. -

Just about any movie written and or directed by Kevin Smith.
Dunno why everyone loves Clerks when it is just boring ****.
Boring, boring, boring.
With a capitol B.
Boooooorrrrrrrrrrrring!!!!
Zack and Miri Make a Porno.
Seth Rogan.
Nuff said and the less said about that no talent stoner watermelon head the better.
Tusk
A man turns into a walrus.
Yeah, you read that right.
And who is that man?
Justin Long!
So there ya go.
Other dishonorable mentions where if you see their names staring at a table surface watching for dust to settle is way the **** more exciting.
Seth Rogan
Whose dicks is he sucking to keep on working in movies?
Adam Sandler
His ass must be sore from letting himself get ****ed to keep on making real bad movies.

I agree but make an exception for Clerks II. That is a masterpiece. The way Kevin Smith mocks the entire effing lord of the rings movies (they SUCK!) is nothing but brilliant.
seth rogan sucks monkey bollocks.
What I liked about Tusk is that justin "douche" long suffered in it. Same reason I liked Jeepers Creepers, justin "douche" long dead without his eyes. Priceless. Hate that dude.
Oh, and Kevin Smith's story of his filming of music videos for prince is funny too, though not a movie.
