1 - Baywatch
2 - Game of Thrones
3 - Battlestar Galactica
4 - Lost
5 - House of the Dragon
6 - Justified
7 - Sopranos
8 - Breaking Bad
9 - The Event
10 - Yellowstone
ETA - completely forgot 2 of my favorites, Mad Men and Turn: Washingtons Spies. So they can bump The Event and Yellowstone, with both fitting comfortably mid-list. Also, Yellowjackets season 1 was great, but didn't make the list because it fell off after that.
No sitcoms included as I feel they should get their own list and just aren't comparable to these.
After watching all 250 episodes of Baywatch a dozen times, and it almost never getting old, I give it the top spot. If I had watched this show when it aired I would have probably pursued becoming an LA county lifeguard instead of wasting my entire life doing other more profitable ****. Despite being not a great swimmer and being able to hold my breath a max of like 15 seconds from a misspent youth abusing my lungs heavily.
Yellowstone may have made a higher rank as the first few seasons were top notch, but then it fell down and became some kind of weirdo country music video variety show. Still an all time great though.

Justified
The Shield
Lost (even though it lost it somewhere along the way)
The X-Files (Fell down after the 4th season)
Game of Thrones (forget the last season)
The Walking Dead (until Negan turned up)
Twin Peaks
Black Mirror
Firefly
The IT Crowd
I can't decide which is the best between Justified and The Shield. Walton Goggins lifts them both and they're my favorite cop shows.
Also I forgot MASH. That needs a place somewhere. -

Gunsmoke and The X-Files would replace Baywatch and Lost in a legit top 10 list.
I never saw even one Baywatch episode and can't imagine even including it in a top 100 over shows like Columbo and NYPD Blue.
Lost was interesting, but it became the poster child for shows that began well but lost their way. -
